My 1st laptop - it was badass for its day. Cost 2x more then a starter ones of today. 30 MEG hd! I actually still have it in a box somewhere in the house.

BDK, thats a sick machine you have there. How do you like the AMD 6400+? I have the 5600+ and Im thinking about upgrading to that one. Do you know if AMD is coming out with new CPUs this year? They usually release them in March/April.

6400 runs like a wet dream. I upgraded from my african saucepan chip a.k.a FX-62 (because it ran at 55*C idle), to a 6400+ last month. I havent heard of any upcoming releases other than the quad core (unless they came out already)... u may wanna get ur hands on one now, i got mine on newegg on sale for $150 . Between the FX-62, which was overclocked to a 3.05ghz after much aftermarket cooling, and the 6400, there was definately a noticable difference.
