who else here besides me
have not taken their car to the track yet in 08. and whats holding you up?
myself i'm waiting for my center section back from moser. swapping 4:11's for 3:70's
and a new nitrous converter from ATI. my converter now isn't a nitrous one and can't take more then a 150 shot and thats killing me.
so i'm sure i'll hit the number i'm looking to run this year. whats your hopes of running this year?

I dont have a working jack to put my DR's on. And my car must be looking out for me. If I drive it for ****s and giggles, it works fine. If I hit a bar, or go to a friends and have a few the Bitch wont start. Tonight is the 4th time it hasnt started for me, and consequesntly the 4th time Ive had a few beers while driving it.
I guarantee tomorrow when I go get it, She will fire right up. Im going to replace the cap, rotor, module, wires and plugs and see what happens in the future.

I've been to the track once each in both cars but only got to run 1/8th miles (damn high winds at Atco) in the Corvette for it's maiden voyage on drag radials...ran the full 1/4 in the Z28 a few weeks ago at E-town though.
Fun.

time has been my biggest problem. Work has been kicking my butt and sending me everywhere under the sun so it's been tough to get the time to do it. I also need to burn through a bottle of nitrous so I can install my Nano kit and head to the track with that. Not the greatest excuses but when you are away from home, as soon as ur back u still gotta take care of other stuff. It will happen but hopefully sooner than later.
