done gravity road...its true u do "roll uphill"..which is pretty cool...did it back in 2000 when i was senior in high school... theres one called "annie's road" i believe. its around browertown rd exit on 46 west around little falls/totowa. sotry is a bride was killed on her wedding night there and walks the road at nite..long windy road...no lights.. freaks out chicks...lol..also did one around the delaware water gap about an abandomed town, whihc was fun, but people actually live there, though its like 5 houses and a church from the 1800s so it is a bit weird..something out of 'Deliverance' if you ask me. used to do weird nj spots when me and my frineds first started driving ( 1999/2000)

I did all the old ones. Gravity Road, Greystone Hospital, Midgetville or whatever its called, that old abandoned town near Sparta where everyone was murdered or something (very eerie), the WWII bunker place near Garfield (that would be fun to go back to and explore more), Overbrook Hospital, and a few others. I never found that abandoned carnival place, the old naval ship yard with the boats laying all over the place, or the devil house.

I think the best spot (I never went there) was Byberry Mental Hospital in Northeast Philly. It was knocked down in 2006, but DAMN was it creepy. I think I have a journal that one of the old orderlies wrote somewhere...

the place were everyone was murdered is called Demon Alley. ive been there a few tiems. of course its all bullshyt. the real story is NJ watershed owned the street and houses on it, and housed employees there. something happened, they either shut down, moved, downsized, etc., and laid off the workers. just boarded up the houses, never tore them down.
done gravity hill. its just an optical illusion.
been to devils tower. just an eccentric millionaire's tower that he built.
been through clinton road. i know people who live there, hike there, hunted there, and nothing ever happened. never saw anything, heard anything, etc.

one by one they were set on fire, pretty much because watershed wanted to knock them down, but they couldnt because 1. it was watershed and 2. it was historically protected, i think. so, someone set them on fire. i could see the orange glow in the sky from them

 | by 'someone', do you mean the town? I know with Overbrook, thats what happened. The towns/county wanted it gone but couldnt legally knock it down, so they set fires and told the fire department to stay put until significant damage was done. This was all before the property was eventually bought and everything left was bulldozed sadly. I still have a ton of pics from the place though

Here in Hopatcong,NJ 07843 in sussex county at the end of brookly Mt road there is an area of woods thats known to most people as Devils foot print. I do believe this has been featured back in the 90's in weird Nj. The woods has 2-3 abandoned cars. The way the trails are located, when looking from above the tree tops, the trails make out a devils foot print. I have heard stories that there is a cat that was fried to death inside a microwave and tossed out in the woods. I have yet to find that mircowave. In a part of one of the small rivers you cross, the dirt below the water has a dark red shade to it that makes the river appear as blood. Which its crazy i have seen it in person it really does. Espicially after a heavy rain. The woods was suppose to be build up into a huge housing neighborhood, but the town voted against it and now the land is protected i believe under the new jersey highlands act. Maybe Iroc-z86 can chime in if he knows any other stories. He lives close to this woods like me within 1.5miles of it.

I did a few with the guys from CI.
Devil's tree, hell's gate, Devil's tower, clinton road....all in one night. Whatever you guys do DO NOT take any weapons with you. They are cracking down(have been) on all the tourists going there with weapons to protect themselves. You get the picture.
