its just a game of reach and turn as with 00 and up you have to go through the bottom

i removed mine. well i couldn't get my hands in there and mount them. so i never installed mine. but they aren't terrible...if you have a lift!

lt1 fogs are easy. i never checked the fogs on my 98...probably easy though
