i pass this car coming home from work. Is this real? Can you get formula with the ram air or a ws6 without fog lights? I thought all formula ws6 had the plain jain hood.

I have heard of ws6's without the ram air. I knew they where rare but i thought all the formula with the ws6 package came with out them. This car has just had me confused becasue every formula i have seen that was a ws6 didnt have the ram air package.

I have never seen a real 98+ Formula WS6 that didn't have the ram air package. AFAIK every single 98+ WS6 car got the ram air package regardless of T/A or Formula status.

I could of swore i read it in High performance pontiac. Maybe they were talking about the 97 and under. Thanks for clearning that up for me. As much as thats rare i like the trans am fog lights and wing.

nope... 96 and 97 WS6's of either formula or trans am had a ram air hood as well

Ws6 is just the suspension. I just think the ram air was a standard option but im almost postive you could order without the ram air. Ill have to dig through my highperformace pontiacs.

WS6 is a total package, hood, decals & suspension.

WS6 was available on Formulas and Trans Ams 96-00. Then in 2001 The WS6 was Trans Am only. You could still get a Formula Firehawk 2001-2002

hey now....i beleive thats a 1LE ws.6 Formula. which if its the case would make it 1 of only 20 ever made. its a hardtop which is the indication that it might be the 1LE. who ever had it obviously had no clue on what they had....even if its not a 1LE car, its a very rare bird being a hardtop.
i bought a hardtop Formula last year and converted it to a Ws.6 model, the guy i bought it off of had #9 of those 1LE cars aswell.
