Has anyone downloaded it yet? Any issues?

Actually, it's not too terrible like most people say- but it did change more on my machine then they said it would.

I've only heard bad things about SP3, I never set it up on clients' machines. Lots of incompatability and BSODs.

I've had it for a while now, no issues. Then again I don't do much aside from surfing the 'net and playing games.

we have over 1500 machines here at work basically sp3 is just all the previous updates wrapped into one install. we didnt have any issues at my job and we run some old ass **** here haha!

My computer at work just got done installing SP3. No problems yet. Actually seems like its running a little better than it did before.

Most everything that I have heard about it is if you have a legit copy of XP, SP3 should be just fine, but those with hacked copies may run into some problems with it.

I haven't gotten around to installing it yet on any of my machines.

I've downloaded SP3 twice on my laptop, and had to uninstall it twice due to getting the BSOD.

no issues.

the latest update has to do with hacked copies of XP, and it will take you to the microsoft site so that you can purchase a license for your machine. since mine is a solid copy, i have no issues with the new update.

it's been known to cause issues for not only hacked copies, but legit copies too. incompatability with some software/hardware.
