New Years Resolutions?
if you dont have some, get some
mine are:
eat and drink  less
eat healthier
smoke less
sleep more
spend a lot less money
run once a week

For me, its just to build my endurance to survive OCS in May. That includes little to no more beer and continuing my soda free life-style. Been doing pretty good since Thanksgiving.

Lose a few lbs.
Exercise more.

mine is simple to drop 25lbs and get back in shape.
I was 195 new years day of 08 and I am 228 today ****ing being jobless for 6 months will do it to you.
