Where can I get some decent running shoes?
I'm not talking about going to foot locker or sports authority. I want to go some where and have the employees help me find the most comfortable running shoes in the world!! Help me out!

The sneaker factory in Millburn or the NB store in Hasbrouck Heights.
Edit:
SF and the NB store are the type of place where they talk about things like pronation, supination, toe boxes, and other features and will analyze your existing shoe wear pattern. If you just need a comfy shoe, go to a regular sports place and try a few on. If you have problems with your feet, go to a specialty place.

Definitely. Or you can check out a Sporty Authority.

do you just want shoes or doyou want good running shoes thatare fitted properly? You can grab shoes at any of the major chains and all you will get is asked your size and that will be it. The chains also do not carry full lines of shoes, most only carry one or two actual top models, a few mid lines, and a lot of cheapies.
If you go to a specialty store like Princeton Running Company or Super Runner Shops they will take the time to look at your stride ,the shape of your feet, and find out how you intend to use them to make sure you get the best shoe for your needs.
You will spend a little extra going to a specialty store, but it does make a massive difference once you start stacking on the miles.
