Headache exhaust for super low GTA
So I finally get my 355 back i action and come across the annoyin part.. trying to get an exhaust to fit comin off a set of head LT headers. Has anyone come up wit an idea for a Y-Pipe that clears under the car at 3.5" lowered?

That's aweful low, but you might want to look into oval exhaust tubing, might gine you an extra inch of clearance?

Yeah, oval tubing may be your best bet. Not cheap though.

Ok, I think I'm misreading your post. Are you asking about running a 3.5" y-pipe under a lowered car or are you asking about running any size y-pipe under a car that has been lowered 3.5"? A 3.5" y-pipe is overkill unless you're making a ton of power, and a car lowered 3.5" would put it below street level, wouldn't it?

Yea... its lowered 3.5" in the front and 2.5" in the rear. Its not that low to me. I looked into the oval pipes and they look like more of a headache and expensive then they are worth. Just lookin for a few ideas from people that have done it before
