car trouble

ive been having some problems with my car which is a 95 camaro z28 auto. Every time i push the gas and its not like i floor it but whenever it shifts only from 1st the 2nd my car slams around the shifter and the hard i puh my car the harder it hits. ive been thinking that it could be the tranny block but ive heard from people that it could be the drive shaft or even the rear differentials! so idk wat it could be and i like doing all work myself so is there anyone who has had this problem or maybe knows someone who has?

Does it sound like a huge clunk in the tunnel area? Probably the Trans mount. Had samething happen on my 95 T/A.

trans mount for sure. if it was the rear or the ujoint you would get a light squeaking when hitting the gas hard if it was the u joint or have a constant gear whine or chatter from the back. it would feel bad
