new slayer song -> hate worldwide (my review is ehh not as good as headcrusher but deffinitly thrashy, i think thrash is making a comback... unfortunatly newer bands dont make music like this so its up to the vets to do it! this song sounds like somthing that would be on a slayer version of death magnetic <- which was a good album but i think endgame-megadeth is going to walk all over it and then cook it and eat it for dinner and poop it out and eat it again....) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPSutpPzsPA
here is a song that leaked last october off new slayer album... this song is way better then the previous one i posted.... but again i hate this guys vocals... but killer instrumentals on this one... king and hannah are beasts on rythms... phsychopathy red -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ub2RGIWw5cM

no matt its back to thrashy stuff... i know they fell off in recent years... but im telling you thrash is back man... i want to try to get a sneak of new anthrax too... maybe some other bands will make asome new stuff like kreator, overkill, annihilator, and keep the gentra alive and kicking.... all these guys are getting old though... but young people are too busy making **** deathmetal and tech metal crap.... not real metal like this... that is actual music... with a rythm and melody.. not just noise....

hahahaha now i KNOW that anything you have to say about music... and especially metal has absolutely 0% value to it just by that statement you just made.... now can you at least appreciate what mustaine is capable of?... i mean next to some classic rock guys that started metal and sabbath and maiden... mustaine is a huge influence on modern day and yester year metal.... you can hand in your ears for donation so somebody can actually use them properly...
i told you matt.... thrash is back my freind...

i dont like metallica...and i sure as hell dont like their flunkee...mustaine. i hate his voice and just cant get through 2 seconds of his music without shutting it off. same with bruce dickinson....i appreciate who they are and who they influenced, i just cant dig them.
as for old school metal bands, i like Sabbath, RJD, Priest, Slayer and Pantera (formed in early 80s).

ok.... at least you understand their importance in the music world.... if you dont like em you dont like em... alot of people dont like mustaines voice... i dont get it... i love it... but i like all the other bands you listed too so dont have any comments for that... you even hate early metallica.. RTL and KTA....? dont know any metal fans that hate old metallica.. they just got it right for 4 albums.... i dont think megadeth made a bad album... risk is the worst... only one i dont own...

Lol pre power metal pantera was like listening to a garage band trying to sound like Motley Crue.
As for influence...
Hetfield and Mustaine's style of writing music paved the way for all thrash.
Long live metallica (now that they've taken this new turn) and megadeth...
