yeah i used to not like storms when i was little, and after one time of being stuck out in the middle of the ocean...i love them. even the worst ones on land are nothinggggg compared to out at sea.

went into work at 6 this morning. No power, clock on the wall stopped at 1:40 am. So I just went back home.

storm didn't wake me up...dogs did. My one dog is so scared, the other wants to go outside during the storm..

We're getting dumped on right now and there's a lot of heavy rain heading up this way from down around the DC area. The river is starting to climb quickly again. This year has just been unreal.

Dam, I think we've gotten 1-2" of rain in the last 45 minutes or so. I think we've gotten 5-6" of rain since middle of the day yesterday.
