Wow, talk about traffic!

It took 2 hours 45 minutes to get home from the beach! I left Harvey Cedars a little after 4 thinking it was early enough to get home and wash the salt off the car. Rt 72 was bumper to bumper, I could see Rt 9 wasn't even moving. I got to 539 and went about a mile before it backed up! That had to be about 5-6 miles that normally takes 10 minutes and took 45 minutes. Note to self, never, ever try to leave the beach on Labor Day Monday again! Car is washed though.

You were def asking for it. Seemed like everyone in the tristate was at the Jersey shore. Weather was beautiful.

i went down to farmingdale to pick up a 9inch rear for the bronco and as soon as i got off 195 onto 537 there was a crap load of cars stuck in traffic. line was from the jackson outlets all the way down to six flags. with cars still headed that way. im glad i didnt hit that on my way to pick my stuff up.

Same thing here, I left my house at like 1ish and 539 was a mess. Right where they put in that extra traffic light by the wendy's screwed it all up.

You had to drive to the water, liar!

And I left Forked River at like 1 and didn't hit too much traffic.
