GTA rim w/ bent lip

I have a gold GTA wheel with a slightly bent lip that I picked up for 25 bucks to use for a drag radial(still need 1 more). I want to get the lip fixed. Its not too bad it looks like something I can fix with a hammer, but I want it done right. Does anyone know a place that I can get it fixed cheap in the SNJ area. I know a guy who can get me a discount at Angels rim shop in pennsauken, but I have a feeling they'll be somewhat expensive.

You'll get what you pay for if you want it done right. If you bang aluminum out with a hammer, it will become porous and leak. It needs to be heated and then put on a lathe and spun to make sure it balanced. All this takes time and for someone to know what they are doing. There are a few of these services that use a truck with the equipment built inside to do the jobs on the spot and travel to dealerships which have a lot of these problems with aluminum wheels. Most jobs like this can cost around $100.00. Better off looking for a set of wheels that don't have damage and just sell this wheel or junk it.

I've used Wheel Works a few times, Rt. 130 South in Burlington City. He repaired a wheel on my truck and I've sent a few Pontiac/Cadillac customers there in the past. I think a few people on here used him also.
