He says he looked on ESP's site, and he didn't see it listed. (he claims to have looked at every model)

The body looks exactly like an ibanez rga, especially the controlls. did a little bit of googling and he can be seen playing a blue rga and an orange one. The headstock looks like it may have been a one time deal, something special made, or maybe just a short run of that headstock was made. Its probably a guitar that was used just for the video.
