Who enjoys cooking?
I personally love cooking and I've really been itching recently for a nice new meal to make.
I'm looking for a good chicken dish that doesn't require outdoor grilling, and has a nice medium to thicker consistency sauce to go along with it. Veggies are always good, and something nice and filling would be nice.
Anything from a home made spicy sauce to a lemon sauce goes. Post up if you got some favorites!

I do. I'm a big eater so I kinda have to.
Chicken Rolatini is always a good one. I have a good Chicken chili recipe as well.
Do you like feta? Greek chicken?

I enjoy cooking! Its an art, plus I get exactly what I want. When I do cook, its usually in large amounts, most gets frozen for quick dinners later. It pays to have a deep freezer in the house.

I love it, especially grilling. I took all cooking courses in HS. I even seeked out going to culinary school back when I got out of high school... after hearing some of the hours/shifts that most cooks work, I said **** it and decided to use cooking for my personal enjoyment. I can grill a mean ****ing steak
