sooo the vette needs some work, while im at it, id like to upgrade

its a 99 C5 with the LS1 A4

the oil pressure sensor died, its common on the vettes and the intake has to be removed to get to it, so i bought an LS6 intake, while thats off what else should i upgrade thats fairly easy. Would larger injectors benefit me at all? im not sure wat the stock size are in a 99 ls1 anyway. also id like to pick up either a larger TB or a P/P TB (needs to be DBW) The computer will be gettin tuned afterwords as well.

i pulled out a spark plug, you guessed it, originals with 77k miles on em... not much left to them at all lol, wats the best plug/wire combo for a stockish ls1, id like red wires

What gears does it have? I would do a stall.

just do plugs, wires, gaskets, opsu, PCV, clean the valley & see if you can have the manifold ported at all. port the TB while you're there, clean the MAF, and uhh... that's about all I can think of for the current work you're doing.

Just do the manifold. Then start work on your exhaust.

What CAI do you have? I would say basic tune up (plugs, wires, pcv, fuel filter) install LS6 intake, get Shaner S2 or S3 ported DBW TB, Tune, and depending if you have it or not a Vararam. If you can keep your foot out of it, you should easily gain a few mpg and hp. I'm a big fan of the ac delco iridiums (41-110 which replaced the 41-985) on basically stock motors and the MSD wires...I ohm tested them against my granatelli wires on my truck and they were pretty close (I think a magazine did a test on them as well and the MSD's came in second with the granatelli's taking the top spot). For the $40-$60 you can get them for on ebay, they're hard to beat. If you have the extra $$ some ported MAF ends or a gm 85mm maf are nice too (you'll need a tune to really benefit). Just my $.02

Not calling anyone in specific out, but seriously, don't just read the title & splurt off at the finger tips. Read what the guy's specifically asking for

CAI, Plugs, Wires, TB, Mass Air, and if you can find a Maft Translator for some simple tuning then I would do that also.
