Loose parts found in door?

So I heard a rattling in my driver's door when I closed it the other day. I took the panel off and found these 4 parts/pieces. I looked all over the door to see if I could figure out where they came from but I didn't see anything, at least on the outer metal anyway. Does anyone know where these belong and do I need them? I just don't want anything falling off or breaking.
Sorry for the crappy quality pics, my camera sucks.

This looks like a cap or plug of some kind...

This looks like a screw in an anchor but the screw was cut/broken...

The is a black plastic piece definitely broken off of somewhere...

This is a normal flat head screw with a metal washer...

first pic appears to be the spacer that goes between the glass and regulator track. second is the backside of a rivet. third can't really tell, kinda look like the piece of plastic that snaps a wiper blade to the j-hook. not sure why that would be in there. fourth isn't oem, someone used it to hold something to the door i guess. last goes between the triangle plastic and door. it holds the triangle to the door. there are two of them along with a philips head screw.

none of it appear to be of great importance. maybe the screw but im not sure what it would be securing, possibly the door bezel trim behind the handle.

if it has then the dealer "forgot" to mention it... i would think it would not need a new motor with only 26k miles

Obviously not as much as I thought... Oh well I'm always up for learning.
Thanks to sweetbmxrider, the one piece is back in the door triangle. I also know that 2 of them (the rivet and black broken plastic piece) are garbage. And I have an extra screw and washer to add to the parts drawer.
Does the spacer that goes between the glass and regulator track have to go back in?

i would hope that there is a new one in there. i can't definitely say that is what it is but its the only thing i can think of.

fbody's are notorious for having bad window motors though.
