FOR TRADE: 4th gen 10 bolt

Looking to trade a 4 channel abs/tcs rear with 3.73 gears for a 3 channel abs only rear with 3.73 or 3.42 gearing...

My rear just had fluid done on it Sunday night...all looked good. Has LS1 backing plates, no brakes.

Let me know what you have...

I am not interested in selling outright.

Thanks
Chris

I have a 3 channel 3.42 rear if you are interested to purchase it. I'm looking to sell though, no trade.

Hmm I'd trade you but what's happens when you put a 4 channel in a 3 channel car?

I think you'd have to swap backing plates, axles, and brake lines as well. Otherwise you'd lose the ABS. Not sure though.

ABS/TCS will not work.

Yes you can - but it's wider than your stock 3rd gen rear. 3rd gen wheels will stick out of the rear quarters.

yeah gotcha on that i have 98 t/A rims with 2" spacers on the stock rear, just wont need the spacers with the new rear... found out i just need to use the 3 channel brake line setup and the rear will work fine

Thridgens have no ABS so it doesn't matter what rear yo get from a 4th gen... But if you get a 4 channel rear you'll have to swap the brake lines.

You will not need the spacers if you use a 4th gen rear on your car with 4th gen rims.

Its a rear... What are you needing pics of? Its black, its metal and has two axles.

You never gave me a depsoit nor did I sell it while you were enroute to me or anything like that.
