i used to own a honda and on the honda forums people would block them out because they didnt want theives knowing where they lived because i guess somehow people can find out where the car is based on the license plates? could be wrong though..

They think that blurring out a plate will detur tickets or anything... yet while driving they are unblocked.

So what do you do when you're driving? I guess if someone wants something bad enough they will find a way to take it.

that would make a lot of sense also..people post dumb things that they do all the time like hit 130 on their speedo on the parkway and all that and if LEO's were on that forum (which isnt uncommon on many forums) all they need to do is look up the plates in another thread and boom you got your guy who was doing 130 on the parkway

Yeah serioulsy, I'm inpressed. I remember a while ago I was traveling on route 17 south and some guy merged onto 17 in allendale without checking his mirrors and cut me off so naturally i pulled up next to him and gave him some choice words. He procceded to follow me and flash me and try to get me to pull over, I assume to fight me. Although it crossed my mind I figured it would be better to just avoid the situation. I dont knw what people carry in their cars, this was pretty late one night so when he got up next to me on my left to I assume pass me and slam on the brakes I ducked off on one of those side streets and found my way home via backroads. The next morning I came out to find someone had driven on my front yard leaving tire tracks. I chalked it up to local kids doing a K turn on my property but perhaps they guy had a way of running my plate.

isnt the internet a great thing
you can find out where some lives form their
phone #

now you know there name number and address then you can find out what Utility Company they use, then thier account # then there bank account or credit card link to that, then their SSN then no you can get there DL, ID, and their birth certificate

like you can basically be come someone else in 3 weeks

It is a great thing. like how people do their little prank calls. now you can show up on their door step when they keep calling you.
