thats a total race setup, with the adjustable heat extraction, and single center wiper blade taht is questionable if it actually meets the driverside when it rains

That's not a hood scoop. That's for the MASSIVE windshield wiper arm which is so heavy it's gotta be run off the crankshaft.

it cools the high performance engine under the hood plus giveing it 100 extra hp
