Is it bad....

That I'm already bored of the Camaro?

Drove it 100 miles today to the meet and back, had my fun, put it back into storage.

All you do is complain anymore. If you want something to work on, get a girlfriend you'll be begging for the Camaro again.

I enjoyed driving mine, even with it smoking down the parkway.

If it had a cam, longtubes, clutch and a strong rear end you wouldn't be bored.

Start modding it, and it will barely ever run right. Then you'll appreciate it more when you can go for a cruise.

Essentially, you need more decals.

That's kinda the goal, but it'd see street duty as a fun weekend warrior too. I'd drive the piss out of it every day it wasn't rainy. Track only cars are useless.

This is why I don't plan on doing much go fast stuff....straight line speed is only fun for so long, and I plan on seeing lots of street duty so it'd be bolton/ maybe 224ish cam with gas mileage of a stock car. Twisties never get old, neither does a manual transmission.

Its muddy, takes turns fast, gets good gas mileage, and you can always rock the top down.

Get it and stop whining.

After the car sitting for a month, I enjoyed driving the car to the meet today. And driving a stick never gets old.

I never said track only. But one to modify, beat up, etc. and leave the convertible alone for cruising.

True. And yes that's the idea. Maybe throw headers at it, but stop there. We've had it 10 years already so it's almost nostalgic, I'd like to just keep it simple like it is now and do like you said.

Stay away from the convertibles, Mr. my Intake/exhaust heavy ass LT1 went 13.7....Unless you like the idea of a roll bar for your track visits (which be honest they do happen) I don't see the point. You already have the vert you can drive and look bisexual in. I say its time for an Ls1 hardtop/t-top car that you can throw some modest bolt-ons at and call it a fun car. A 6 speed sounds like its in order or else you'll complain about that too, but LS cars can be had for cheap these days (cheap meaning 4-7k). I don't know man, I just can't see you rolling up in a car other than the 'vert.
