Droid does
Long story short, comcast is the suxor lately. I rarely have connection for more than 10 minutes and my tv images are all sorts of messed up.
So, finally downloaded the tether app for my droid. So much win.

Yea, but it finally just stopped working this morning and since my parents are home, they got pissed and called comcast. They apparently have more weight at comcast.

do you pay to use the droid as a tether or is there an app that lets you get around that?
