Take a can of shaving cream, use a knife, insert slit in can, quickly cover with finger, open door to girls room, scream fire in the hole, throw can in, hold door shut.
Win.

This morning one of my housemates had a field day with a bunch of us.
My bedroom door opens in and he newspaper-ed a nice wall on the other side of it, so when I opened it, I couldn't see out/get out of the room without ripping down the newspaper. There was a [square-laundry-bucket-thing] full of water on the other side of the wall--that I would have stepped in if I had tore through it, rather than cautiously taken the newspapers down piece-by-piece. Bastard.
Other good pranks:
saran wrap below the toilet seat--great when you're not the one who has to clean it up.
salt on the toothbrush.
cocoa-butter on the doorhandles
poop-dollar
refurnishing rooms
newspaper'ing someone's room/office top-to-bottom.
Done a lot of the above. Prank wars are great.

Problem is, these girls are good friends with the R.A. and someone saw him out in the halls while they were doing it, so he knew what they were doing, so we feel like we have a "free pass" to do whatever the **** we want lol.
So far, we've made up a mix of egg yokes, blue cheese, and sour milk and put it in their microwave so that the smell slowly spreads throughout the room for the next couple of days.

My buddy and I made it to the hotel before my bro and his friend this weekend and the doors were left open because we pre-arranged a late check in. We had separate rooms so we went in there's and messed up the one bed and threw a condom on it. My bro was on the phone within seconds calling the front office

An old favorite of mine was to take the shower head off, drop in a jolly rancher (or another hard candy) and reattach. No matter how much you shower, you still have a sticky sugary film on you...

We used to do the same thing, only we would dump a couple of packets of koolaid in the shower head.
