I'm back

Havent posted in a while because I've been busy with work and school and some of you know I blew the engine in the trans am. I finally got back to working on it and it's almost done.

Leaving to go to the shop

In the shop

Intake almost off

Plenum and runners off to port and powdercoat

Engine is out

Old engine

New engine

The engine bay and engine are getting painted this weekend and then I'll drop it in the week following. The plenum and runners will stay like that just to get in on the road and I'll port and powdercoat my other intake while the car is on the road. More updates to come as I go along. Hopefully only a month and I'll be running.

It's going alright engine is in and bolted but the header decided it didn't like the red paint on the bumper. I'll put up pictures tomorrow. And Adam yea I know but I want the trans am back and when it's done I'll start on a complete overhaul of baby blue. Starting with adding two cylinders. Lol

Okay here's some pictures

Edlebrock shorty headers before paint

After paint(kinda dark)

Engine all painted

Headers on the engine

Headers killed my bumper

And finally after a long day of cursing and getting really angry it's in and bolted down

Next weekend hopefully I'll run the wiring harness, do an oil change, see if it wil start then start on the exhaust. And figure out what design I'm painting on the front bumper lol
