January 2012 Meet - Firkin Tavern - Saturday, 1/21
We yet again are heading back to the Firkin Tavern in Ewing for our annual kick off meet. As always it will be an open buffet and a cash bar. Not all details are confirmed (exact time, payment methods, menu, etc.) but we will update this post soon with those details. But the date, location and approximate time are set.
We have limited space available in the game room at Firkin, so we have set up a pre-payment that will run through 8:00 pm Wednesday January 18th. The cost of the meet is $25 per person prepaid, and $30 at the door on the day of the meet. Active Power Members enjoy a $5 discount off the cost of tickets.

• Be sure to include your username and your full name with your payment so we make sure to give the correct person credit.
• If you would rather pay with a check or cash, please send Justin (Tru2Chevy) a Private Message ASAP so we can make arrangements before the pre-pay deadline. The lunch buffet menu is Smothered Chicken (bacon! cheese!), Rigatoni with Vodka Sauce, and Wings – both buffalo and firkin house wings (very good), along with garden salad. There will also be several pitchers of soda available, and for those that are 21+, we will be in the game room right next to Firkin's bar, where they have plenty on tap (for additional charges).
The game room has pool tables, dart boards, giant jenga and air hockey available for our use. We should be able to watch Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auto auctions live on the TVs as well.
The meet is also a good time to pick up one of our new club T-Shirts or some NJFBOA vinyl. Please feel free to bring your friends and families to join in the fun as we kick off another year in style.

Sounds great.
Couple of questions:
1- Would Hunter (15y/o son) be allowed in the place next door for pool, darts, etc?
2 - The pub with the great wings on 31/78 I mentioned at Woody's is called Finnagels. In case anyone wants to give it a shot some month.

Yes, all ages are allowed to come into the game room for our meet, anyone who wants to drink will have their IDs checked at the bar.
