Pretty much hit mine on the head as well.
I've always used goosey night for the term used for the night before Halloween..wasn't till I was 12 that I found out it was also referred to as mischief night.

pretty close, I got Paterson/Newark, Jersey City, and Philly. Idk where philly came from as I have no one from that area. but the Paterson/Newark Jersey City is close cause my mom grew up in North Bergen
