The web page www.njcarshow.com does not exist anymore?

I tried to get my mind over the Freekin Weather and looked up a web site I have used for years to look up car shows in the Jersey area and come to find out that when you plug it in, the page comes out saying that it does not exist anymore. Anybody heard about what happened to it? I know he was trying to sell it.

it's good: http://www.newjerseycarshows.com/

new owner I think. Ugh, it plays music. I hate that when websites auto play music or videos.

edit: duh, not quite the same url!

Agreed the auto-playing music sites are the worst, specially when you are trying to surf the web at work incognito with your volume up high by mistake lol.

That newjerseycarshow site is just a placeholder to put ads, not layed out very well. I plan on taking my central NJ car show calendar to a website this season to keep it simple.

Yeah, I did not find that there was any system to looking up the shows. It was all haphazard. Hope somebody comes up with a web site that lists all the shows by month and with more detail on flyers and contacts.

I know it looks like this Winter will never end, but we are already into March with Daylight Savings Time this Saturday.

Ed, while I am working on a better calendar, what things would you like to see there? I am always looking for suggestions to make looking up shows/cruises easier.

List the shows by the month and then in a weekly order. Also ask the people running the show to provide a flyer and a contact so you can check out the requirements. Most ads are quite vague with the description of how their show is put on. Another idea would be to have places like Raceway Park use the website as another way to contact people who may not be familiar with their events.
