88 Notchback GTA ***STOLEN***

My friends car was stolen. Just spreading the word. If you happen to come across please let me know.
1988 Pontiac firebird Trans am gta notchback missing since 8-25-2016 believed to be in Vineland /Bridgeton /Millville area car was last seen in elk twsp New Jersey




Some distinguishing feature to help point it out. It has an SLP 2OTL exhaust on it. There is also a calvin& hobbes decal on the back window.

wow. I'll keep an eye out. I'm always searching the web for notchback parts so if anything new turns up, ill let you know.

This is why we can't have nice things. We get Vineland/Millville customers through here. Having my GTA in the back lot now scars me. I'll keep an eye out, and some ears if I hear something, certainly an oddball car, but sadly, may be too specific to keep in one piece, but that notchback will stick out like a sore thumb, so it's only a matter of time.

I was just going to say I would keep an eye out since it was in my neck of the woods, just moved to elk twp. Glad he got it back, hopefully undamaged.

From what i was told the car is intact and unharmed. He was tipped off about about it and it found locked in someones garage.

I thought they started on the Vette in 86? I had a couple of 88 GTAs and they both had it.

'88 was the first year for f bodies I believe, but it seems many GTAs did not come with it. The '88 owners manual I have has a special label in it stating '88 GTAs do not have vats even though the manual has it explained. 1989 all had it.

I remember using the key (like an idiot) to pry the cap off a bottle of fuel cleaner. That was a $50 bottle of cleaner after the key broke.
