Head Kit Valves, Springs, Retainers Locks sbc
I just got these in today and decided im going a different direction. so if anyone wants them im sellin for 80$ (the exact price i paid including shipping) The kit contains the following components:
8 Steel 1.940" Intake Valves from Elgin Industries
8 Steel 1.500" Exhaust Valves from Elgin Industries
16 .490 lift valve springs from Pioneer Inc
16 Hardened steel spring retainers from Elgin Industries
16 Pair hardened 7° valve locks from Elgin Industries
It fits small block Chevy V8 engines with cast iron cylinder heads. Will not work on the Vortec L31 head which would require machining of the guide boss OD to work.
The springs are designed for hydraulic (non roller) cams up to a maximum of .490" camshaft lift.
This kit contains enough parts to upgrade two cylinder heads except for the valve seals.
