Congrats. After 7 years, still together, she still said yes. With luck, a simple "I do" and a ring, won't change the relationship at all. I truly hope it works out for you.

well, all my cd's are on my iPod, but half of my 122ci wouldn't be very fun
thanks!
my idea for the wedding is ALL the groomsmen are showing up in their muscle cars(the ladies are getting a limo), any of my friends that have muscle cars are also welcome in the procession, and I'm gonna rent either a Ferrari, Bently Continental GT, or Viper(while the EVO is damn quick and handles like a laser on rails, it just wouldn't fit). I figure the bride has her procession down the aisle, I might as well announce my arrivial to the guests via 5-10+ loud ass muscle cars (+1 exotic) pulliing into the church. We'd be meeting up about 2 hours before the wedding and going on a nice cruise ending at the church about 1/2 hour before showtime.
I'm also having 2 receptions. Her family is very reserved and slow paced, and my family is mostly Asian(BIG partiers) and mostly 21-35 year olds, so 1 small, quiet reception the night of the wedding, and another 1 week later for all the youger crowd and friends.

Or what about a '33 Plymouth convertible with a 426 HEMI, dual quads, and one BAD attitude? Well if you wait another 7 years I can have it done in time for the wedding! Congrats again!

Heh your plans sound like a lot fun - just remember that you will only be consulted on the color of the tux you and your groomsmen will wear. Everything else will be planned by her and her family. All they will expect you to do is show up. Believe me - this is a good thing.
Tuck those grandiose ideas away in the back of your mind for the nights when you're vacuuming the house, folding the laundry and getting bottles ready for the baby. You'll need em.

Heh, membership is random and often expensive. I'm sure you'll be able to afford it in a few years.
Seriously though, enjoy the marriage. Plenty of things to look forward to.
