WOO HOO!!! Been a good week
FINALLY got my damn Trans Am running again....well actually Mike from Rapid Motorsports helped me out ALOT. Make along story short the fact that the LS1 runs at 58 PSI fuel pressure was*ahem* overlooked....by your's truly, and since I used standard injectors on it she was runnin' rich. Gonna change out the plugs again today and it should be ready to rock and roll. Can't wait to see what it is making power wise now. It did 398 RWH and 400 RWTQ running pig rich (10.2:1) so I am hoping for another 10 ponies and maybe 5-6 RWTQ. Then I just need to finish hooking up the nitrous and it's off to the 10's (hopefully).....or a new block, whichever happens first. Either way I should be able to knock at least .3-.5 off my 11.7 cam only run. And on the other side of the street the Formula is also ready for road duty so hopefully I can get it registered this week and the weather holds out (NO SNOW!!!).
