My brother has a cd changer sitting around if anybody is interested. I forget which brand and which model but I can check with him to see what he wants to get for it.

ahh, you know. jsut one of those things. saw the head unit, had some tools, wanted to see how it worked. unfortunately the "tools" consisted of a claw hammer and a mini sledge, so i don't think teh reinstall will be as straight forward as the removal

At this point, I don't think he is as worried about beating you as he is about taking that #1 spot on the N/A 3.8L list

I remember not too long ago Craig not wanting anyone to touch his car, to mod his car or do anything that might void the extended warranty he bought. Now look at what you guys done did.

It was actually pretty easy....all we did was take him to the track once, and now all we have to do is give him a sixer of Amstel and we can do whatever we want to his car

As for 3800 series 2 f body.....
No HOLDS BARRED:
2002 Firebird with a v6 engine running 11.97@112mph N/A Harry Doolittle

More info here:
http://www.camarov6.com/cgi-bin/ulti...;f=10;t=001781

When I got into HPP for the cover shot and 3 page article he sent a letter disputing their claim of me being the fastest 3.8L v6 f body at the time... he was mid 12's at the time... I was quicker....

http://www.autoimagery.com/doolittl.htm

picture of his car.

it is a little hard to compare an NHRA stocker to a street car. the engine is only "stock" in theory and the rest of the runnign gear is all about teh track. huge stall, huge convertor, trick heads, trick cam, trick intake, aftermarket computer, and 9inch wide slicks.

maybe it is better to say that craig is going for the N/A 3.8 STREET record. although it is only a matter of time before he passes doolittle too
