Pics from NYIAS!

I had an awesome time, this year was definitely the best yet. So many great cars....I'll let the pics speak for themselves. Each one is a thumbnail, click for the full picture.

Lamborghini Gallardo:

Shelby GR-1 Concept:

Saturn Aura (the ass end):

Jaguar Concept:

Cadillac XLR-V:

Porsche 911 Turbo:

Pontiac Solstice:

Saturn SKY:

I am in LOVE with that car. I'm definitely considering getting a SKY Redline when they come out. It's too nice of a car for such a low price.

Chrysler Firepower Concept (Viper chassis, but with a V8):

Chevy Corvette Z06:

Pictures do not do that car justice....It must be seen to be believed. It is truly the best Corvette ever. Here's a shot of the massive rear tire (325's):

Nissan Sport Concept:

That was an interesting little car. It has a sexy rear end. The concept is just a rolling chassis, they're not even sure if it'll make it to the States. Good news from the Nissan camp, though. The Skyline GT-R is indeed coming in 2007. It will most likely be a Nissan and not an Infiniti.

Behold, the greatest race car ever...the C6R:

Dodge Charger SRT-8:

This thing just screams "badass". I would love to have one of these as a daily driver. It is a menacing car, as you can see from that pic.

Saleen S7:

Mazdaspeed Miata SCCA:

Lexus LF-A Concept:

"Wow" is all i have to say...500+ horsepower and a top speed of over 200 MPH. sorry the last pic is crooked, I had to hold my camera up over the ginormous crowd around the car.

Aston Martin V8 Vanquish:

What an ass....

Shelby GT500:

Porsche Carrera GT:

Pontiac GTO:

Mazdaspeed 6:

2.3L 4-cyl turbo, AWD, 250+ HP. not bad.

Lotus Elise Motorsport:

On the way to the city, my friends and I actually saw one of the new Elises on rt. 46! a gunmetal gray color...beautiful car!

Toyota.....something. I have no clue what this is:

This is without a doubt the strangest vehicle i've ever seen. Looks to be a one-person pod-like vehicle. weird, but cool.

Subaru WRX Rally Car:

Those are all the pics i took. My friend has more, hopefully I'll get them from him and post them up. Enjoy!

That pod vehicle. When just around town you sit upright. when moving faster it lays down.

I dunno about the Mazdaspeed 6...I'd get one as a beater, but not for a performance car since they clock in at 3700lbs.

nice pix BTW

man that Charger looks good. I can't wait for them to come out. I just wish they were coupes but oh well. The Lotus is an awesome car, I drove one around Austria a while ago, not a new design but still a cool car.

I missed a pic of the Lancer Evo IX as well. Looks pretty cool. I love the seats in the Evo VIII.
