lookie what i got...

Tanto point blade and full tang and steel pommel, hardened steel with black cord wrapped handle for positive grip, wrist thong, stiff nylon sheath, 6" blade, 10.75" overall, simple, durable, effective for camping and deadly in combat.

and....

Perfect to conceal yourself while hunting, place local vegetation in net for total concealment. You can drape it down the front of your body and make a mini-blind with your legs and hands. Woodland camouflage, about 5'x8'.

I've always had a thing for knives, i'm not a psycho or anything, I just enjoy a fine blade. I've never had anything larger than a pocketknife, though. that's changed now 8) I got 2 of the tantos....small enough to conceal, but large enough to scare someone if, God forbid, i need to use them.

the body veil is for paintball. a nice little quick-deploy camo system to complement the camo outfit i have.

if anyone is interested in stuff like this, military/police surplus, archery, hunting stuff, etc. etc., go to www.cheaperthandirt.com . great site, and damn good prices.

hopefully i will be, soon.

if you're talking about spending money, the total cost of those three items came out to $15 that website is great.

my friends also got several things as well:

8.5" Throwing Knives

6" Dual Knives - these ****ers are sharp!

This is one big-ass knife. 16" long, straight blade, with a serrated upper portion, and sword-breaker style ridges.

Extendable police baton - it's got some weight to it, and would do quite a bit of damage.

19" Bolo Machete. 'nuff said.

there were a few other things in the order too, a crossbow i think, and some other ****.

well, the thing is, i still live with my parents, and they wouldn't like it if i bought a shotgun. i'd find myself out the door with no place to go. plus, shotguns aren't cheap.
