For what kind of driving? I would suggest Nitto 555's for a DD if it won't see snow. Maybe even 555R's for the back if you like to drag race on weekends. Need more info on what they are used for before I can offer a real good opinion

i drag once in a while i mainly need a good street tire. i wanted to get as much of a performance tire as i could thats reasonable n good in the rain

yokohama avid V4s...ask kasey(savage messiah) he can back me up on this decision

Amazing wet traction, i cut 2.0 60' times on them with stock suspension in a 6-speed, and they're relatively inexpensive

Fuzion ZRi's are a good cheap tire for wet/dry traction. I have a set on my car.

Just put some Pirrelli p-zero neros on the bird about two weeks ago. Great dry and wet traction so far. The tires were well reviewed for the most part on Tirerack.com
