Rebuilt 305 - SOLD
This motor is a rebuilt by Jasper. It has 35,000 miles on it. It was in my 1987 Camaro Z/28 I am parting out. It was a TPI motor hoever I sold the TPI setup so currently it does not have an intake manifold or distributor. Motor ran great before I pulled it out which was 3 days ago. I am asking $400 B/O .

Are the TPI and TBI motors interchangable? Is the only difference the intake?I have a 91 Camaro RS with the TBI and cracked head so I was looking for a motor for it.

I am not sure. I would imagine the cam specs are different. The heads might be different too. I noticed some people have been looking for 305 TPI heads on other forums. I would ask around on the forum to see if there are any differences. Once you find out and you are still interested in my motor then let me know.

Thanks for the info. I gotta talk to my mechanic too to make sure it'll fit. I don't wanna try to fit a square peg into a round hole if you know what I mean.
