starter porblems

I think my starter is blown. i'm gonna need a new one, any ideas where to get a good one at a good price for a chevy 350?

I got my starter at Autozone. Turned the old one back in for a $15 rebate.

I USED TO HAVE an 85 Camaro 305 4bbl, 90 Firebird V6, 97 Firebird V6 (10 speakers!). Despite the two family vehicles, 3 kids, wife and mortgage, I can finally realize the dream - 88 TA almost all stock... for now.

more commonly known as cores .....

Any parts store is your best and cheapest source (aside a junkyard for a used one like john said)

You may be able to get one cheap at a re-build place. I used to use middlesex armature. They re-build starters and alternators on the spot and always have all different kinds on hand.
