Companies that provide excellent customer service

It's a shame when you get quality customer service and realize that it's a rare thing these days. There are a few companies I can honestly say keep me happy consistently and will continue to get my business. What are some of yours?

- McMasterCar - Order in the AM, normally items arrive at my door step the same day. Always on the ball and you talk to a real human being.

- Summit Racing - Not difficult to talk to someone on the phone and great with returns. Even my Grandmother found their ordering process and service to be exceptional.

- Rock Auto - No complaints and everything arrives as it should.

Yank was good for me as was Jegs and some of the aforementioned. Bryan at PCM4less was great too along with Lloyd Elliott.

Charlie at SSP is the man, as is Paul at rpm resto and custom. Jegs, advanced induction, and byunspeed were all good to me.

Monster Clutches, Texas Speed and Performance, Maryland Speed, Race Proven Motorsports, and Summit have all been very good to me.

Monster clutches really stands out to me because they were more of a start-up company when I was dealing with them and they stood behind their warranty and even over nighted parts for me because a slave cylinder they sent me leaked all over the original clutch I had bought from them.

Dave at Nitrous Outlet is great to deal with. Also the crew at Speedinc were very good to deal with too. Others include Summit Racing, UMI Suspension, and Competition Engineering...

Wow, people who know about McMaster-Carr. My dad works for them, has for 25+ years, but no one has ever known who they were.

The guys at BLS aren't too bad either. Things get sorted out rather quickly.

IDK, their customer service leaves much to be desired.

Interesting, I find their services quite satisfying. Perhaps you can be too overbearing.

But I have great service from JS Performance, RPM Resto, Summit, Jegs and Spohn has been really good to me.
