first thing im guna do is change the oil n see what comes out, if that checks ok then i guess ill do the injectors...

ok i got most of the tpi stuff off and everything disconected, few questions tho
1. is the FPR the same on 305s and 350s
2. is the fuel rail the same

i bought 305 injectors and a fuel rail and i was just guna swap the whole rail out, but the hard fuel lines are frozen together so im just guna swap the actual injectors.

also since my plugs are soaked with gas do i have to take each one out and dry it off or ya think i could get away with just doing a few of them, or will it just evaporate if its not started for a few days!?

Dunno, now you've got me. I had that happen once to me, and it turned out to be the ignition module.

Another thing to check, maybe the diaphragm on the fuel pressure regulator is ripped? That would make it full of gas pretty quick.

i forgot i tested the ignition module with a power tester, with the key in the run position i tested both of the conectors, the 2 wire one had 1 with power and 1 without, the four or five wire connector had no power to any wires, (the ignition module is what the wires plug into on the dist right?) lol

It is found under the disributor cap.

Right, I forgot that you have a small cap HEI on the car. I'm just used to seeing the large cap on my car now....

There should be a small tube of dielectric grease in the box with the new module. If not, I have some at my house if you wanna swing by and grab it later on.

Well, if you've got spark, and you know the fuel is getting there, it should at least turn over. Did you try a new set of plugs, or just dry the original ones out?

took out some plugs again to dry them off and there just sooo wet, do you guys think maybe the fuel pressure regulator is bad? if it was bad would it just allow way too much fuel to pass through, thus dumping so much fuel to soak the plugs so they wont spark?

Yea, this could be the issue. Might want to look into it.
