from what you were tellin me in the past, a 750 might be to big for your setup i do have a holley 600cfm for sale

I think a 750 is a good size for a street/strip 400sbc. 600 would be too small once you started winding that motor up a bit.

 the 600 was WAYYYY too small for my 327. I dont know Matts setup, but I know I had to come up quite a bit in carb flow. The 600 was killing alot of my performance. 700-750 would be good for Matts motor.

Matt, just curious, why are you so dead set on a holley carb versus any other 750 CFM?

Ive heard bads things about edelbrock carbs, holleys are cheap and heard good things about them..
The three main things i need to get this going are
stall,gears and a carb.

edelbrock carbs have been nothing but a problem for me. The only time ive seen it work good was in my dads 35 chevy PU, that has a stock 307 in it.

Ive got a 2800-3000 stock size converter. Still in the car, I never even got to use it. $150 and its yours.

Its from an 88 700R4, so probably not. Ive got a nice 700R4 to go with it!

Its got 50k miles on it, was on the l98 combo that I had bought from LethalRides. Very nice combo both of them, but I have no need for any 700r4's. Ill take $200 for the tranny and stock converter, $350 with the 2800-3000 stall.
