aside from the Kaberle rumor. It was reported the other day he denied the trade for Carter, he wouldn't waive his no trade clause. He said that he signed with Toronto to play in Toronto. I personally don't want him, they don't need him, they NEED a stud forward that can take over the game. Briere isn't that type player, he's only a playmaker with players around him. Look at who was on his line last year, that's the main reason he was so productive.

Yea after i posted it i read the quote from the toronto sun saying he didn't want to leave the leafs lol. And yea Briere needs a 100% good shooter to play with, he'll set them up alllll day. We need a Russian that loves to shoot lol.
