TA Adjustment
How do you adjust for the right angle on a chassis mounted torque arm?
And what is a good angle for more of a straight line car?

ok, well, I've seen them in stores. Can't remember what ones. Harbor Freight, Sears, or even like a welding supply shop might have one.

It is like anything else if you are setting a car up to perform, close will work, exact will work better.
The driveway method I was taught is fairly simple. Find yourself a reasonably level piece of ground(to be safe), driveway, parking lot, whatever. Jack the car up and support it by the suspension on both ends. Now use a angle finder to set the pinion to the same angle as the driveshaft.
Through travel the pinion angle will change, zero'ing it to the DS will put the least strain on components.

i read a thing on tech from madman or somebody else that knows suspension. you do like tim said, but take the ds out and measure the pinion angle of the rear itself. set it to -2.5 to -3 degrees (pointed down)and youre good to go
