I have a problem with it being called a mistake when he was a repeat offender and also had a DUI car crash once in his life already.. To me a mistake is when you mess up but you learn your lesson and change your way of life so that it doesnt happen again.
Saw on the news tonight that the police are going to investigate the bar and try to get the owner up on some charges.. Maybe they should since basically the whole bar was drunk driving that night aparently!!
