I'm guessing so it tucks up on the frame rail better...it's a mufflex ORY..and I'm sure its not laid out correctly, I just put em together real quick

after looking under the car while replacing the e-brake lines those flat spots look to be to clear the trans crossmember.
Justin: It's 3" mufflex ORY for hooker super comp long tubes 3" to a 4" collector, so I gotta pick up an adapter to go back to 3" for my magnaflow to work. The headers are getting an 02 bung welded in and coated at Jet Hot. I bought them new directly from jet hot, should get here in about another week.

good luck getting that to fit, mine fit like **** and i had to take it back, i then proceeded to go to Alex's custom exhaust to get my system fabbed up also if you haev a spohn TA his trans crossmember hangs to low to use that.

Why get an adapter? They sell a 4" catback too ya know.....

ya the fitment is **** i pulled my back out getting mine to fit the way i wanted it to, a lead hammer works wounders on getting it together lol, i still have to get mine welded up.
