Maybe I need to bleed them again or something. But with the rear in the air, car in gear and brake pedal mashed ..... the rear tires were still spinning some

how new are the brakes/calipers? when i did my rear swap with new calipers, pads, and rotors it took a little while for my brakes to break in and stop on a dime. the e brake works just as good. just a suggestion to drive it around a little and do some hard stops. might help?
