Yeah true.

Matt, as I mentioned before, I wouldn't completely black out the diamond spoke wheels. They have a polished lip for a reason. If you want all black wheels, sell the diamond spokes and get all black wheels. I haven't checked TGO for the diamond spoke market in a while, but last year they were selling like hotcakes. Good sets were making 300-400.

Matt, GM used black door locks on lots of cars, shoud be an easy swap. Much tougher then anything you could paint at home. I might even have a set, not sure. I bet Paul does.

Im going to change to black door locks and handles. the handles where just to see if I liked them and I do. Im gonna pay some one to change the locks, and the handles later, my drivers side handle rubs my door, wich created bare metal which then created rust.

My priority's are

get the car running
shiftkit and tc lock up
maaco fixes the crap they messed up on
weather stripping
door locks and handles
rear
sub frame connectors

and then im done with this car. with the exception of wheels and tires(slicks/skinnys)

hows the stance in this pic?

Locks are easy to change. Take off door panels, 2 clips per side - one for rod, one big C clip for lock to door.

You might grab the hatch lock cyl from donor car if you can, or you will need a 3rd key (t-tops too). A locksmith can probably re-key t-top and hatch cyls is needed.

Doesn't the WS6 Store sell block offs for the door locks? They just tape on and you can paint them the color of the car.
