totaled my s10

i was driveing on my way home a guy runs through the stop sign and i t-bone him at 230 am he had the stop sign he was drunk and high and he was about to take off till his tire fell off at the end of the st now my poor extreme s10 is done the whole front end is shot the frame is bent now im out 2 cars my s10 is done and my camaro still needs to be re wired so im basically screwed

That sux man.....at least it wasn't your fault. Hopefully the cops nailed him, and you will be able to get a good amount from your insurance company.

i think the cops arrested him the cops told me to leave asap i drove the truck to my house no steering at all i hope the insurance company pays to fix it if it cant be fixed it will be totaled out

Well, at least the parts for S10s aren't too pricey - and there are tons of them around. Hopefully the damage isn't too horrible, and you'll either be able to get the truck fixed or get a nice replacement.

the front end is all bent the wheels wont turn right the trans is messed up 5 speed the motor got hit

if i get another one its going to be a full size truck with metal bumpers the extreme has plastic bumpers

Yeah that really sucks to hear especially when the person who did it was so blatantly at fault! Hope you feel better and get everything back to normal car wise.

While I am all for you getting repaid for your losses, I wouldn't be planning a lawsuit just yet. See how things with the insurance companies work out first.....if that doesn't cover your losses, then worry about takin' his butt to court to get what you are owed.
