This jeep actually showed how much work you had to put into.

Thats awesome. What a difference a few hours, blood, sweat and tears makes huh?
Forgot to blur the license plate though.

i dont understand the need to blur a plate, thousands of people see your plate on the road every day, wtf is the difference

in spring valley NY, at the car gatherings where kids would show off their cars, i know at least back in the day, some people would copy down plate numbers of specific cars and then obtain the address. At a later point, they would go stake out the address and attempt to steal the car, and often suceed.

If its a Trail Blazer SS its no big deal. But if its a Lambo Murcielago, suggesting money, it may be an issue.
I'd do it for all cars as a courtesy.

How long does it take you? I definitely want to have you do my Camaro, and know the general vicinity that you live in.. Don't really want to drop the car off and get a ride back, then need a ride back to pick up.. The gas would cost the same as the detail

maybe, since its a customer it makes sense for rich to blur his pics, but im talking the people that go out to do a shoot of their own car, and then blur the plates....1 it attracts the eye to the plate more than the car. 2 people see your plate every day
if your taking pics and dont want your plate known, why not keep a wrench or screwdriver in the trunk and take them off during the shoot
and i WISH someone would copy my plate and come to my house, they will leave with more holes then they came with, i promise

Yeah I get ya. The magazines always remove the plates and replace them with the magazine name or something. I think Steel and Skin does the same.
In any case, looks like Rich is building up some clientel. Definately see why.
Rich, may want to work the Nationals - bring a bucket and supplies early in the morning for the show crowd. Not a full detail, but a wash and wax might be in demand after the cars drive in.

I sent you a pm but normally takes me about 6-8 hours to do an exterior and about 2 for an interior and about an hour for an engine bay (although ls1's for some reason always come out looking like crap because all the metal is so porus even though its clean)
