Off Road 11-8-09

A group of us headed down to Wharton St. Park...

CrazyBlazer87's '90 GMC Jimmy.

Tru2Chevy's '96 Cherokee

Tyler's 3500 Ram

Random Pics

This is the hill area the lifted Ram went through.

Unfortunately I dont have the pictures of Tru2Chevy's Jeep flooded with water (because I was in the vehicle at the time) Nor do I have a pic of CrazyBlazer's broken body mount and his front end way up in the air...but I DID capture some rare pictures of the incredibly elusive NJSpeeder...if you look closely in a lot of the pictures, you can see him.

Yeah, Timmay egged him on to go through a rather deep hole...the jeep stalled, water came in...We all got wet, but Tim actually walked through the crap and hooked the tow line up.

Yea, my hood was up in those pics to let the engine cool off. I had my electric fan on when we hit the water (forgot to turn it off), and it popped a fuse (which I found out today). At the time I figured that it was just dead, and with the slow moving in the woods, I was flirting with high temps.

Pulled the carpet out of the Jeep to dry today - floor is not pretty. Will post another thread with pics in a bit.

All in all a good day though

- Justin

We'll let more people know next time - we wanted to keep the group smaller this time since we were heading somewhere we had never been before.

Heh....we stayed away from quarter mile yesterday. Been through there before, wanted to explore a different part of the woods.

Yes, on the way there. I think it was on Quakerbridge, but I don't remember for sure.
